Training 2Manage delivers practical, live online training via Microsoft Teams for leaders in health and social care. Our programmes are designed for Registered Managers, Supervisors, and Directors across nursing and care homes, homecare providers, supported housing and extra care housing.

 

Tailored for CQC registered services, rather than generic management and employment guidance. The training sessions are small, relaxed, and interactive, with no more than ten delegates.

Evening and weekends are available upon request.

Training 2Manage provides leadership mentoring for Registered Managers, and other leaders working in CQC-registered health and social care services.

 

Mentoring is delivered live online via Microsoft Teams and is tailored to the realities of leading in regulated, high-risk environments.

The service is led by a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with over 26 years’ experience as an executive Director in health and social care, including 17 years as a Chief Executive.
